We wanted to thank you for putting together a wonderful stay at Azul Fives. We were treated like royalty from the time we arrived until the moment we left. We were upgraded for our entire stay which was great! We were approached by various employees each day who greeted us by our names and asked how we were. They also asked about our guests and if they were happy. We had servers that sought us out to say, “hi,” and let us know that they would be working our reception. One night, we asked the Sea Olive manager about an informal dinner that could sit a large group so that we could dine with guests who arrived to the resort early. Not only did they set up a table for 20, but they accommodated us as guests continued to arrive for dinner with the soon-to-be bride and groom. I think our number was up to 32 people! This was a big deal because this restaurant does not take reservations. They served appetizers and offered a couple choices for dinner in order to accommodate our last-minute, large group. They always served us with a smile and we were never left thirsty. This was only one example of how the staff at Azul Fives catered to our every need.
Our wedding ceremony and reception were almost flawless. They communicated professionally and made sure to keep everyone on schedule.The wedding staff set up all decorations beautifully and used their creativity to make our sweetheart table and cake table look amazing. I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Azul Fives! I will send more pictures once we get them from the photographers but I thought I would give you an update since we are back and settled in. Thank you again for all of your hard work and dedication!
