I wanted to send you a message just expressing how thankful I am to you and everything you did for me to make my dream wedding happen. I honestly can’t even explain how amazing the resort was. I have never ever had a vacation where I felt like royalty from start to finish. The customer service and grounds were seriously impeccable. From every driver, maintenance, concierge and restaurant employee I just felt so welcomed and comfortable every second of every day. The food was unbelievable- every single meal and it was amazing that our whole group was able to eat so many great meals all together.

The wedding itself could not have gone better, the wedding team was so helpful and literally did every single thing I requested and was worried about.

I don’t have a SINGLE complaint about the entire week, it was just so perfect from the second we got into the car at the Cancun airport until the moment we got dropped off. It was just so magical and I can’t imagine ever loving a resort as much as I did this one and we already are excited and wanting to book our anniversary trip back.

Thank you so much for everything you did, I have been raving about you to everyone and you’re probably going to be hearing from a lot of my brides wanting to book travel with you soon. I will also send more photos and video once she gets them all back to me!
